The Pleasurepreneur

In 2016, during my first year as a mother, I was diagnosed with Post Natal Depression, Anxiety, and Insomnia. Ever the student, I immersed myself in books, podcasts, group therapy, and 1:1 psychology sessions. I began to integrate what I was learning with my background as an Exercise Physiologist and Yoga & Meditation Teacher, while also navigating the realities of motherhood, including a baby who wasn’t keen on sleeping and my own journey of letting go of the “motherhood martyr” mindset.

A few months after baby #2 arrived, I was feeling good and felt the desire to start a business helping other mothers feel good too. I held off for a while, not wanting to trigger the same mood disorders, but the desire kept pulling at me. Eventually, I made a deal with myself: I would pursue this calling, but only if it brought me pleasure, was driven by desire, and didn’t take me away from being a stay-at-home mum.

I started offering women’s circles, moved on to creating many online programs, later worked 1:1 with mothers and received my official coaching certification in Neurolinguistic Programming. After our third baby (we had 3 kids in 4.5 years!), I wrote and published A Mother’s Pleasure, to spark a conversation society was missing. As my business evolved, I attracted other mothers who saw how lit up I was blending mum life with business. I began working with women like you—women who want to make more money without sacrificing what matters most, who want to grow their businesses with joy, ease, and pleasure, free from guilt and burnout. Women who aren’t here for the hustle, but know there’s a better way.

This is The Pleasurepreneur Way, where you create multiple-4 and 5-figure months while leading a pleasure-filled life, because, why would you want to do it any other way?!
